Meditation is one of the 8 limbs of yoga. The physical, mental and emotional benefits of a regular meditation practice are innumerable. Benefits can include, better sleep, less stress and anxiety, improved concentration and a feeling of internal peace. Take this time for yourself to drop inside and connect to the real you.
