Allison Haugh – Studio Owner and Licensed Trigger Point Therapist.

Allison ventured into her first yoga class in 1995 and became hooked on yoga while living in South Bend, Indiana. Allison has continued to practice and teach yoga and further her studies at Yogaview in Chicago. Find out more about Allison

Cheryl Gojko

Cheryl teaches Hatha Yoga and Yin and Yang Yoga. She has studied Yin and Yang yoga with Paulie Zink in the Taoist tradition and is an experienced yoga instructor who can work with any level of student. Find out more about Cheryl

Loriann Keilman

Loriann began studying yoga at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Chicago in 1997. She earned her 200-hour teaching certificate in 2000 and became full-time staff with the Chicago center and later the Woodbourne, New York ashram. Find out more about Loriann

Tisha began practicing yoga 12 years ago. She was a gymnast as a child, so yoga was second nature to her. Initially she was drawn to yoga for the physical aspects. Now it is more about the meditation and peacefulness it brings to her daily life. Find out more about Tisha

New to Yoga

  • You will be greeted at the door and fill out our waiver, pay and sign-in.
  • Please leave your shoes at the front of the studio. We will show you the restroom, prop storage area, coat rack etc.
  • Roll out your mat and get ready to begin!
  • You will be asked to pay attention to yourself and appreciate that your body is unique and different from everyone else’s in the room. No two yoga poses look the same on any one person. The purpose and feel of the pose is so much more important than what it looks like. You will be asked to consciously breathe. At the end of class you will be asked to lie on the floor and relax completely while watching your thoughts pass by.
  • “Namaste” will be said at the end of class. Namaste literally means, “I bow to you.” It is an expression of gratitude and can be used casually as a greeting or expressed poetically.

PLEASE NOTE we are in the studio approx 15 to 30 minutes prior to class starting, the door will be locked at the start of class. New Students, please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before the start of class as we do not open the door after class has started.
