What is Hot Yoga?
Hot Yoga* is yoga performed in a heated room. This type of Yoga has just recently gained in popularity. Hot Yoga is not for everyone. Persons who are not able to endure the heat due to medical conditions or those who are physically unfit should not participate in Hot Yoga sessions. We keep our hot yoga classes at a temperature of 80 to 90 degrees. Ask our staff what type of Yoga is the best for you.
*Our hot yoga classes are offered from October to April.
Please be sure to hydrate prior to class. We prefer you to have some yoga experience before taking part in a hot yoga class. Our hot yoga classes are suitable for those who are in decent shape and can handle heat. They are usually mixed level classes, meaning that the instructor will guide the class according to the students who show up. Modifications are offered.
